Purpose: To assist institutions that were represented at one of the QEM 2008-2009 regional outreach workshops for the National Science FoundationÕs I3 initiative and submitted a proposal in the August 2009 competition, in either preparing for successful I3 project implementation or helping them to identify ways they might revise their proposals for re-submission in the next I3 competition.
